Coordinate job-site visits with your crews/fleets like never before! The CloseOut app allows coordination between the back-office and boots on the ground. Create jobs then dispatch those jobs to your crews using CloseOut app. Once the crew lead accepts the dispatched job with their selected crew then GPS will be turned on. Upon arriving to the job-site an email will be sent to the back office with crew information.

Through the app view all the details of jobs sent from the back-office. Information such as GPS location, notes, address, end-customer, project name, and description. As well as photos can be seen on the app. App users can view and upload photos of each job-site and those photos can all be seen by the back-office.

The CloseOut app relies on use of the closeoutphotos.com website for back-office management. Mobile users will be notified through Apple Push notifications and email throughout the job dispatch process. Optionally the back-office will maintain a list of crew members that the crew lead can select from when a job dispatch is accepted.

Forget the messy message trail and time consuming back-and-forth with the back-office to get the job done. The CloseOut app simplifies and streamlines on-site work for any job at a physical location.

This app uses the Location Background mode and continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
